2023 La Serra Gala

Introducing: La Serra Design

Join La Serra Collective on Thurs. Aug. 10 from 6-9 pm for our annual gala during the Denver Anagama wood firing!

Each year, La Serra Collective brings together local and national artists to fire the more than 20-foot-long Denver Anagama wood kiln.

During the firing, we are throwing our annual gala to celebrate the firing, build community and host artist talks. This year, Max Henderson, long-term resident at Red Lodge Clay Center, Kim Dickey, associate chair for Arts Practices at CU Boulder, and Jonathan Kaplan, owner of Plinth Gallery, will be talking about their work and their connection to La Serra.

La Serra will also introduce its new design line, featuring a coffee pour over and accompanying pot and cup. These objects will be available on a tiered pricing system as part of our mission to make art more accessible. They will be available for purchase and pre-order during the gala.
Food and drink are sponsored by Balistreri Vineyards, Denver Beer Company, Topo Chico and more.

Please RSVP through the Zeffy form. If you would like to donate to La Serra Collective, you can do so at registration, or during the event. All donations go to furthering La Serra’s mission and supporting the artists who create each of the objects in our new design line, and we are forever grateful for your support.
